Overview for Sciana Cohort 6
Sciana: The Health Leaders Network, launched in 2017 by the Health Foundation (UK), the Robert Bosch Stiftung (Germany), and the Careum (Switzerland), in collaboration with Salzburg Global Seminar, continues its mission to bring together exceptional leaders in health and wellbeing. Each year, a new cohort of distinguished leaders is selected to participate in this transformative experience, meeting four times across two years at Schloss Leopoldskron, the home of Salzburg Global.
The Sciana network offers fellows, initially chosen from the UK, Germany, and Switzerland, a unique space to draw inspiration and learning from global perspectives. It provides them with the time to share insights gained from their own experiences with peers, fostering collaboration to address shared challenges faced across Europe.
Fellows in Cohort 6 share a profound commitment to enhancing health and wellbeing, aligning their vision and collaboration with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This commitment is crucial for responding to common issues such as fiscal strains, demographic change, chronic diseases, and migration.
Key Themes for Cohort 6:
