JAPAN-INDIA TRANSFORMATIVE TECHNOLOGY NETWORK

Upcoming Program

Overview

The Japan-India Transformative Technology Network connects and empowers outstanding change-makers in two countries at the forefront of technological progress in Asia – India and Japan. It offers a platform for those working towards social good to maximize the benefits of various new technologies. Together, Fellows develop innovative ideas to apply technology to products, processes, policymaking, organizational practices, and financing across three related sets of challenges: health systems; accessibility, mobility, and inclusion; and living and livable communities. These three challenge areas are ripe for disruptions from new technologies, partnerships, and innovations that can deliver benefits relevant for Japan, India, and the world as a whole.

Following six months of online meetings, this program will be the first opportunity for Fellows of Cohort 3 to meet together in person. Together, they will have the opportunity to develop collaborative projects and discuss issues relevant to the challenge areas.

Participation at this meeting is limited to existing members of cohort 3 of the Network. Members of the Network are selected following a competitive application process, which closed on September 15, 2023.
