Intergenerational Leadership is heralded as the solution to creating evidence informed, sustainable change. However, there are not yet that many examples of how exactly IGL can be used to develop new insights and change power dynamics to create create meaningful change. 

During the webinar we briefly introduced our work exploring IGL definitions and research evidence. Next, we highlighted several examples of IGL in practice and our growing roster of existing resources and tools. Participants were invited to discuss their experiences and reflections to make powerful and equitable IGL a reality.
