FORMAT

Participants met online on multiple occasions through April 2022. From May 1 – 5 the group then met in person in Salzburg.

The in-person program was highly interactive and structured around a mix of thought-provoking presentations, curated conversations, informal interactions, knowledge exchange, and practical group work. The process combined theory, policy and practice across sectoral silos, opening up new perspectives and learning opportunities. Participants worked intensively in focus groups, allowing for in-depth group work on key issues.

PARTICIPATION

The Education for Tomorrow’s World programs brought together cross-sector and cross-generational change-makers from around the world to tackle complex challenges.

Over 20 episodes Salzburg Global Fellow and CEO of the Learning Future, Louka Parry hosts a series of conversations 'that aren’t afraid to leave behind past preconceptions to allow for real unhindered bold change and innovation in learning and education - both practical examples and plans for the future'. Many of these are with Salzburg Global Fellows from different education programs, all of the conversations are fascinating insights into the case for education transformation.
