Building an intelligence network: Cohort 4 member get to know another

Online

17:30-18:30 CET

Overview

Leaders  across sectors struggle to keep up with the pace of change. With today’s growing wealth of information and need to rapidly adapt, traditional forms of learning and knowledge exchanges fail to adequately support leaders to act agile in the face of ambiguity and uncertainty.

Drawing on a network of peers and its collective intelligence however has helped many successful leaders learn how to tackle unexpected challenges, as noted by Reid Hoffman, Chris Yeh, and Ben Casnocha in the Harvard Business Review. One-on-one conversations and story telling with individuals facing similar circumstances can be a game-changing resource.

At Sciana, cohort four has participated in a series of discussions on critical aspects of good leadership, such as political, human-centric, science and value-based leadership, as well as the health leadership challenges of our times, including digital governance, mental health, building trust among others.
Over this series of meeting, members of cohort four will get to learn more about the intelligence network this cross-sector international group brings. Members will share what experiences and skills they offer and develop their own personal leadership development goal.

Sciana Cohort 4 Members only.
