The interaction between COVID-19 and the urban environment has had huge consequences for health and wellbeing. How has our built environment affected the spread and severity of the pandemic and the inequities in its impact? Looking to the future, what should be the immediate and longer term priorities in building healthier, more equitable communities in the aftermath of the pandemic?

Continuing the 2018 program, Building Healthy, Equitable Communities: The Role of Inclusive Urban Development and Investment, this online “open mic” event invites Fellows to reunite, share their front-line experiences and explore the impact of the pandemic on their mission and how best to move ahead again in its aftermath.
