Past Program

COVID-19 has posed an unprecedented challenge for hospitals the world over. How far have hospitals continued to be able to address social determinants and help sustain communities during this time of crisis? What have we learned from COVID-19 and what should we do differently in the future? And how can hospitals more strongly reconnect with their communities?

Continuing the 2017 program, Building Healthy Communities: The Role of Hospitals, this online “open mic” event invites Fellows to reunite, share their front-line experiences and explore the impact of the pandemic on their mission and how best to move ahead again in its aftermath.
