With the 15th anniversary of the Salzburg Global session, Women, Political Power, and Next Generation Leadership, Salzburg Global Seminar is organizing a reunion of seminal women and political power sessions, including the session Strengthening Democracy and Governance: Women and Political Power.

Although the pandemic poses new challenges to gender equity, it has also elevated the agenda. Recently the United States adopted its first national gender equity strategy. 
Given recent developments, fellows of the above mentioned sessions will share where they are now. 
In light of the upcoming Salzburg Global gender equity program on health and economic wellbeing, fellows will also elaborate on what emerging practices are shaping an equitable future of work for women in the post-pandemic recovery.
