With the upcoming 15th anniversary of our seminal Salzburg Global session, Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women in Politics and Business, fellows will join a reunion online. 

Although the pandemic poses new challenges to gender equity, it has also elevated the agenda. Only last Friday the United States adopted its first national gender equity strategy. Given recent developments, fellows will be joined by program chair, Laura Liswood, to share where they are now and how they have continued on to make incredible contributions to the field. The reunion will also look at what emerging practices are shaping an equitable future of work for women in the post-pandemic recovery.
